How to apply?

Fill Up Admission Form

Admission Form may be received via our website (spmiindia.com), asking the Online Form, or by visiting our centre SPMI Agra. The duly completed Application Form must then be sent together with the necessary papers listed below. (Documents can be scanned and temporarily forwarded to the following email address: info@spmiindia.in) Documents can also be submitted to the paramedical institute.

  • Passing Mark-sheet & Certificate for 10th & 12th (Photocopy)

  • Aadhar Card for Students (Photocopy)

  • ID evidence for parents/guardians (both mother and father) [Anybody from Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport]

Once admission has been confirmed on the basis of verification of the submitted Admission Form and the above-requested Documents, the Institute will provide a complete list of Documents.

Submitting Course Fee

Following verification of the submitted Admission Form and needed papers, interested candidates will be required to pay the Admission fee in person or online.
